i dont know the dates, but to me they are (even if i am not a part of some of them)

- betcris open for business (becuase of ron secco?)
- rx newsletter is started, i dont know i could be wrong didnt this open the door for a lot of other information type sites of sportsbooks?
- the introduction of reduced juice
- paypal (yes, paypal) revoltionizes deposit/withdrawl methods
- pinnacle becomes a very succesful book as the first to have a CS operated entirely by email
