Dont get me wrong here....he is a phenomanal player. He plays great defense, does a great job of running the Illini offense. He is a great shooter. Excellent at getting into the lane and pulling up for the jumper or does a great job of dishing off to the open man for a high percentage look. However, he seems very timid about taking it to the hole strong. He can get into the lane often, but very rarely does he take it all the way and try and draw contact or get himself a layup. At his size and strength, it is a weapon that he should be taking full advantage of. Almost seems as though he shys away from contact. Anybody else noticing this, or am I crazy?

Well he more than makes up for it with the rest of his game as he proved with clutch play down the stretch against Zona. He is a star at this level, but can he be a star at the next level?

If I could take any one player in college hoops to be on my college team, he'd be the top pick. Most underrated player in the country.
