Correct that is true

That is correct, I still asking for and advice for a WU o MG down here. I am using other country now to received deposit and send out withdraws.
I will like to use Panama because I am here that way I can keep eye on it.
I already found a couples peoples with a WU office to works with them. But I need to be carefully , reason why I post a message on the forum , to ask the people with experience here for and advice.
I am talking about the country and the busines oportunity donw here in Panama.

The government is as dirty as the days of Norega. Only a small portion of the players have been paid in the Betpanam fiasco. While the people behind the book are all doing pretty well for themselves now the others who did not have screen shots or who do not know anyone on the inside have been fvcked.

Sounds like an interesting tour: the canal. I've never been to Panama myself, but I've heard the climate there is rather nasty.... humid and very hot. What has your experience been?

Frankie5angels ,All goverments are the same but in Panama you are regulated by the law.

I dont even know the people thet used to be behind that book, but last year a couples guys that used to work for them left the country.

For all those general matters not included in these Regulations, Decree Law No. 2 of February 10, 1998, Resolution No. 92 of December 12, 1997 and any other regulation in force applicable to the subject issued by the Gambling Control Board shall be supplementally applied.

Every Administrator/Operator of the Systems for Electronic Communication Games shall pay the Gambling Control Board an annuity of Twenty Thousand Dollars (US$20,000.00) for every Gambling license issued in his name.

Tico it is an interesting tour, visit panama the climate is very hot but if you like the caribean you will like it.

I had a experience here in this country, Once I went driving from panama to san jose Costa Rica is only 5 hours from panama to paso canoas and from there to san jose is only 5 hours.
The road is good nice view and is a very good trip , If you planing some day to come here you need to go to.

Volacano and go to
Playa balanca where the cameroon hotel is located and let me know. well if you like to party go to amador and liquid in la zona bancaria

Slim that is correct any where just need the money to set it up. I am just giving my point of view to all the people in this forum.

If I need to chose an other country, I will pick and island in the caribeann margarita island o curacao.
