I am writing in recognition of the issues that came to light over the preceding days this week regarding two separate player complaints. Both of these complaints were valid issues that were addressed in a professional manner by The Prescription moderators and have since been addressed by Royal Sports to the satisfactory conclusion of all parties involved. We accept the concern indicated by The Prescription over these issues however upon review of both the players’ positions and Royal Sports position an acceptable outcome has been achieved. <?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com

We at Royal Sports both recognize the value of The Prescription as both an advertising venue and as one of the few effective organizations that purposefully represents the interests of both operators and punters in what is largely an unregulated industry. I would like to thank ROYAL SPORTS and THE GENERAL for all of their hard work today...

One of the most important factors that I look at when problems arise is COMMUNICATION...

ROYAL SPORTS did everything that was humanly possible to demonstrate how committed they are...

They acknowledged what the problems were and it became obvious to me that ROYAL SPORTS is doing whetever they can to improve...

I feel much more comfortable about endorsing them after today...

The BOTTOM line too is that despite some complaints of a slow pay, there has never been a NO PAY regarding ROYAL SPORTS...

Glad to hear, although if you always pay, why not just pay on time and save your reputation and the bad press? I have funds there so its nice to see we didn't reach critical mass. Good luck to you and me when its payout time...

Royal while you are here, your site only allows nickels on hoop games in the mornings - it should be higher but that is not my complaint - the site only allows you to risk 500 to win 454 you should at least allow 550 for 500 - thanks

I'd also be curious to know which complaints this is referring to. I'm aware of a very serious serious complaint in the last couple weeks against Royal but I read about it elsewhere and I'm not sure it's one of these two.

We have to thank Kevin for spending his whole day dealing with us on the matters discussed. We had alot of very good communication yesterday and shared our concerns with him. He was very willing to listen to our concerns, and assure steps are being taken in the right direction to avoid further problems of such nature and incase of an incident or player disagreement in the future, that Royal would react and settle such within a very quick timeframe working with TheRx. I feel better about Royal today than I did yesterday and their was never a thought that they were going to have a No Pay, which was key in our decision yesterday as we debated what we should do. One thing about Kevin is that he has never wavered much. He didn't try and avoid the issues, but instead he took our criticism and was very eager to agree that their is definitely room for improvement.

Royal has always worked well with us with player concerns.
Royal does supply the forum with alot of contest which is a positive.
There are several posters here who have shown support for Royal.
In the past we took a banner down, they honored their commitments anyhow.
I do not recall a No Pay.

These are a handful of the things that we considered yesterday.

I cannot say it was a fun day, but I can say it was a good day of solid communication on behalf of both parties.

I have had plenty of time to think all matters over and I feel good for what message we tried to relay to Royal.

The cooperation all day was nice and there was never any mud slinging. Just nice constructive conversation.

Bottom line, they are still here and I am glad.

That's about all I have to say about that.

Was one of these about a winning soccer bet that was cancelled after the match was complete? Anyone know?

(KIDSLICK - yes, punter is just another word for bettor. I always associate it with UK gambling so that's probably where it originated.)
