Biased wheels, blind luck, playing on the outside, crooked and/or inept dealers, past posting, bet capping, etc..are the only prayer to winning.
I once spent a year as a surveillance CCTV operator for a casino, and while there are biases, they are usually quickly spotted, and they are usually tested, calibrated, and fixed very timely.
A month ago in a casino(first time at a table game in two years), I bought in at a roulette wheel for $100, and peaked at $1175, then walked when it was back down to $700..yet still am in search of just a 5% rebate on my lifetime losses to wheels.

Losing numbers are
13-18
and
19-24
if a board reads 13,14,20,35,10,18,2,5,28,5,7,27,1,31,35,00,4,12, then its ok to play,, the 19-24 Numbers NOT TO SHOW AGAIN,,,, If there is MORE Than 1 ZERO,,,and 3 of the 13-18 numbers showing,,YOU CANNOT PLAY THE 13-18s NOT TO SHOW!!!!
If there is more than 1 zero,,,and more than 3 numbers in the 19-24 showing,,YOU CANNOT PLAY THOSE TO NOT SHOW!!!!
so as was listed the 19-24s are the Sleeper Numbers on this specific table,,, When you see one of those numbers come up, you go to that TABLE and BET 2 Units on 25-36 and 3 Units on 1-18, If you Lose due to a 19-24 or 0 comeing up, you will then bet 12 Units on 25-36 and 18 Units on 1-18
YOu MUST ONLY play the number GROUPINGS on a table that has 1 ZERO or less,,, and LESS than 3 of those PARTICULAR LOSEING numbers showing,,
Now on the Other TABLE next you,,, the OTHER GROUPING MIGHT BE COLD
you might see 19,1,5,23,17,35,11,22,0,12,29,34,24,33,33,2
At this TABLE you would WAIT FOR 13-18 to show up,,,then BET IT NOT TO SHOW AGAIN,,

The Law of the THIRD is Real, there are other Smaller factors I like to work with,,, I like a table with 3 or less people,,, I will play on any table,,, however the more people on the table the more Idiots that dont know how to bet will take too much time and the wheel speed will change creating a funky Mojo,,,, this wont affect the formula,,, it just pisses me off watching the wheel slow down,,then the Croup has to respin,,, :howdy:
