give away $1 million/month to charity. still probably wouldn't be able to spend what he kept...unless he's a gambler.

I would guess Real Estate myself, although there are many ventures you could pull off with that cash. Myself, probably exactly what I am doing now, but I am a hermit by nature and an indoorsman. :drink:

Undeveloped real estate all over the country so he can start designing and building golf courses in 25 years.

Interesting subject.

I would create employment opportunities for fellow citizens, get involved with non profit organizations that promote community development programs, support youth programs, provide aid to needy families, provide funding for faith-based initiatives, and many other things I'm sure.

I suppose you start looking outside your immediate self and family for options; for ways to invest, and to give back. I hope that if ever I am in such a position, I am able to aid those that are less fortunate, leaving a lasting memory of my pilgrimage upon Earth.

Sit on my ass and do nothing!

He could give half of it away to a charity foundation and still not miss it. Beyond $5 million, I don't know what I would do. Knowing his makeup and drive, you know he isn't going to do too many things wasteful. That drive makes you want to win and continue to make money.

Take it to Vegas, and double it, of course !:lolBIG:

Really I'd be pretty charitable with it. One only needs so much. Not much difference between having 200m, and 500m. Do you get a nicer room, drive a nicer car, eat better food, does your dog like you more, have a better trophy wife, etc ? Not really !

after say 20 m, you are pretty well set to do most anything you want for the rest of your life, after 100 million there's little left except to do some good with it.

Having that much is a responsibility, in of itself. You'd have to return something.

I saw an interesting show about a week ago on lottery winners ( Discovery or History channel ?). Most of these folks seemed to handle it well ( like 5-50 m winners). They didn't mention the guys like Jack Whittaker ( ?) that had won, or other failures. They all seemed generous.
