I emailed them, and this is the reply I got. They do not really offer a 20c line, but still this is better than the 20c.
Thank you for contacting Customer Service. No, we do not offer a 10c
line in MLB, rather, we offer a "Graduated Dimeline."
While at first glance the Graduated Dime Line seems to increasingly add
the juice in the favor of the book, it is actually used to ensure that
we remain within our expected hold percentage. The Dime Line graduates
or “breaks” at certain point, as the odds get bigger. The different
price points change as the difference in odds increase between the
Favorite and the Underdog, as this relates to the likelihood of a team
winning. So, as the expected percentage of wins for the House goes
down, the Dime Line breaks and increases.
This is simple mathematical necessity, helping to maintain a stable
hold percentage in order to allow us to continue to provide our players
with the aggressive bonus program and industry leading customer service
you have come to expect.
