Cover for miami - he took a 3 pointer with 2 seconds to go when Miami was up 9 and the game was over. Lands 12. I had -9 and +10.

He had to shoot it because otherwise the Heat would have been called for a 24 second violation. 99% of teams would have shot in that same situation. No conspiracy on this one fellas, just a bad beat for New Orleans backers. However, the Heat was the "right side" on this one. They were up double digits all second half, at one point up as much as 22 in the 4th. I did not play either side on this one, but watched the entire game and wanted to add my 2 cents.

so what if they get a 24 sec call? they win by 9 instead of 12? I am not saying it was a conspiracy, but I have seen plenty of teams just run the clock out in a similar spot or throw the ball to the ref on the violation .

As far as the 'right' side, agree Heat was up big but when a big chalk like that lets a team in for the back door cover, they usually don't kick them out on a last second 3.

Unless I am on the dog
