I have had nothing but problems with Skybook. I of course like the free half point but other than that, I'm not impressed. I can't believe how bad the customer service is. I first deposited money their two weeks ago. I never received my 10% cash bonus. I called back and had to fight tooth and nail with customer service as they said I had declined my bonus. I asked why I would decline a bonus and was told some people don't want them as they don't want to meet a rollover. After 30 minutes or so on the phone, I received the bonus. Today, I wagered on several horse races. These were large races at Gulfstream. It took two phone calls and over an hour to get my winners graded. This is pathetic. I called customer service a while ago to find out why it took so long and was told by Frank, the supposed man in charge this evening, that they don't do much horse racing so the wagers are pushed to the back burner. My question to Frank was why they posted the races. He was clueless. I then asked Frank a question about their bonus policy. He mumbled something and I responded by saying, "I have no idea in hell- what you just said". You would have thought I had cussed him out. He responded by saying I should never say "assholle, fvck or hell- to a clerk". I apologized for saying hell- and asked him to repeat what he had said as I did not understand him. He said he is not there to repeat himself and he was ending the call. Thanks for the help Frank!!!! Frank said he'd have the general manager call me tomorrow. Should I hold my breath?
