As long as we're on the Ferengi off-topic...

Anyone remember that game, "Tongo" that Judzia Dax used to play with the Ferengi? "Acquire, Confront, Withdraw"... I thought it might be fun to make an online version of this game, but I cannot find the rules for it anywhere! Anyone have a clue where to find rules for it?
