Thank god Baseball is back!!!

Yankees -200

I like both Wells and Johnson, BUT Johnson has the edge here by being tough against most of the Red Sox team historically, the best Sox player versus The Big Unit has been Renteria (7/25 .280 1HR 3RBI)... and he has not faced many on the team too often. Whereas the list of current Yanks against Wells tells an entirely different story:

A-Rod 20/56 .357 7HR 17 RBI
Posada 6/17 .353
Jeter 14/24 .333 2HR 6RBI
Tino 6/34 .176
Giambi 5/22 .227
Bernie 15/66 .227 3HR 7 RBI
Sierra 23/62 .371 2HR 10RBI
Sheffield 2/11
Matsui 1/3

I am inclined to give the edge to Johnson here.

I don't see any value there at -200.

Wells went 7 scoreless against Yanks in only start against them last season and he will THRIVE on pitching in Yankee Stadium, while I think the pressure of first start for Johnson at home may not have him at his sharpest, I see great value in Boston at this price.

Good luck...
