Anyone else found Cris's gin rummy server poor?

I like the Gin Rummy feature on Cris, but the server keeps failing. Once 15 of the 23 online players were thrown out at once.

This would be okay, but the software is set up so that the first player to disconnect during a game loses that game. There was one 100-point game I was leading 86-29, then got thrown out by the server along with about 6 other players, thus losing $20 on a game I was about 90% likely to win.

I have e-mailed Cris several times with no response, when I have tried their live help the response was "sorry we don't deal with Gin Rummy queries".

I've been with their sportsbook over 3 years with no problems and excellent customer service, so the Gin Rummy CS has been a big disappointment. I reckon I am down about $100 net on disconnects, though obviously I would have lost some of those games anyway.

They need to improve the server AND change the way it awards defaults if they want more Gin players, IMO.

Been so long since I played Gin Rummy, I would need a class.

Cris have refunded my losses, which had dropped to $80 since I gained $20 due to a default.

More importantly, they are looking into making adjustments to their software to give players a better game of Gin. If they achieve this, I'll be willing to play for higher stakes.
