I've made an EFT deposit to neteller from my checking and it had been deducted from my account while trying to logged in my neteller account and it was locked out for security reason. I've been contacting them like crazy and they need to do a breif callback to my home phone. My problem is that I'm hearing impaired and need to use my TTY to make the calls but I couldn't get my TTY to do a incoming call from Neteller due to a busy signal. What should I do to get my access to Neteller to work?
