Skybook Banned Me for Complaining on RX

As I explained on my post last night, I had some problems with horse racing wagers at Skybook. I called and had a horrendous customer service experience with a guy named Frank. Many of you told me to talk to Mike at Skybook today to help get it cleared up. I spoke to Mike this morning and he had me send him the info in writing so he could review it. He called me back this afternoon. After a lengthy drawn out explanation of how they pride themselves on customer service, he offered to give me the $40 bonus due to me and a $50 Bonus Play for the delay in the grading of the horse races. However, these perks came with the stipulation that after I lost this money, they were closing my account. The reason he gave me was that they didn't like people complaining about their customer service on public forums. It took all I had not to laugh at this guy. He said he listened to the tape of my call with Frank last night and that I did cuss Frank out. He said that I said they had an as*hole website. No one that I know would ever use the word as*hole as an adjective to describe a website. I told him I would never say that as I wouldn't say anything that stupid. I asked to hear the tape and he refused. Anyway, it's nice to know there is an advertiser here that will ban you if you complain about them in these forums. Mike obviously knows they screwed up or he wouldn't have offered me the perks. But to come out and say they were closing my account because I complained about their customer service on the RX is funny. Oh well. Their customer service was awful and I wasn't impressed with their lack of lines, slow posted lines and many other things about them.

How can a book ban someone for posting their opinion on a website? I would say you were posting an opinion of their customer service...I don't think it was so much of a "bashing".

Skybook banned you for complaining on RX ?

You're joking, right? April fools was a few days ago.

"I wasn't impressed with their lack of lines, slow posted lines and many other things about them."

Me also.

Will they ban me, too? That is, if they can figure out
who i am.

Very surprised on that outcome. Is there any more to the story? Any mods know anything about this? Sky? Pretty serious accusations here.

I have also found their c/s to be lacklustre. If your story is true this is definately worth a chuckle. I'm sure banning you will make you post more positive things about them lol.

i use skybook as one of my main books
i have too had some customer service issues lately...but i have spoken to mike concerning each one and each case has been handled to my satisfaction. i believe there has been a little slide off in their "first level" customer service lately...mike always picks up the stick....

Boy, tough day at the RX. Big Sky bashing party. Sort of saddens me because I like them. I did get a couple of boxes of nice cigars and a turkey. Mike has always taken care of me. I am really at a loss. I never heard of anyone getting banned for complaining. Strange.

Posters normally don't complain about RIO/SKY because they like fishy and he LOVES the group.

FTR ... Never had a problem with Skybook and just a speedbump with RIO and ... Fish is a great mod and a good guy.

I just like poking fun when any of the Mods shill for the advertised books. This IS NOT the area for promotions.

I had heard nothing but good things about them as well before posting up two weeks ago. I wish there were more to the story but thats it. I guess they have the right to ban whoever. The funny thing is I had even sent them more money today as I was confident Mike would take care of things. When I called him this morning, the first thing he said is "So you are Jacksorbetter". So he was obviously aware of my thread from last night. I don't think I bashed them but just explained my experiences.
