You have a Morrisey avatar and listen to Elvis... What's wrong with that picture? I don't picture Elvis singing classic yet depressing Smiths.

Does XM broadcast all the MLB games daily? Any teams?

BTW: The Smiths rock!

they are working on combining XM and Satellite for $18 a month. Not sure when the new equipment will be released.

Simple, the music is about the same. If you are a football fan its Sirus, if your a baseball fan XM. I have XM, and they broadcast every last game of the entire season for every team.

come jan. 2005 i will have sirius - that's my way of saying "F you" to all of the broadcasters who let the government walk all over them because all these broadcasters cared about was tossing howard stern under the bus to save their own asses

i have said it before and will say it again

the way the USA is headed - by the year 2008 the ONLY difference between the USA and Nazi Germany is jews won't be sent to the Gas Chamber. Maybe!

it's a crying shame the bible belt Jesus Freaks are RUINING this country. they don't care about ANYONE'S rights or beliefs but there own and if you have a thought or belief that opposes them - YOU ARE WRONG - even if you are right

THESE are the people we should be most scared about - not broadcasters who show a split second of a woman's breasts from 50 yards away or those who have to worry about being fined 1/2-mill for something they say - that would have been ignored 3 years ago

Now that's the way to turn a baseball on the radio thread into an unimformed political rant. Kudos.

I had Sirius and I switched to XM because of the music programming. Also the hardware is a little better. Have a "SkyFi 2" and it alows me to continuously record the last 30 min I've listened to. Want to replay a song? no problem. Just back track with the remote.

It also has scrolling sports scores on the bottom of the screen.
I like Howard Stern and I won't go back to Sirius for him.

XM is the way to go, as most of us are sitting by the tv and computer for Sat's and Sun's during the fall..thus Sirius package of NFL and NBA isn't as needed as is XM's MLB package.

MLB is a season that stretches longer by months, has more minutiae also stats, that can and need to be gleened of teams by their own media coverage, it also has a schedule that meanders all over a day/week/month in contrast to other sports.

Baseballl cappers have lived off of 8/10/and 12 band radios for decades, it's evolution is MLB on XM.

My next buy this week will be an XM2GO/MiFi..their version of IPod sized XM radios with earpiece.

Winky, what you have written is not good. I am shocked that someone could write something like that on a public forum. You must be a homo or you're probably trying to get an abortion or you don't believe in the baby Jesus or something. I bet you're not a patriot either. We want you to stop writing things like did or else I will call Rush or Sean or Laura or O'Reilly and make sure that 5,000 rednecks are sitting on your lawn Monday morning.

Sincerely,

Redneck Joey from Tuscaloosa, AL

PS: Mary Lou helpt me rite that litter. I hope it don't got no spilling misteks in it.
