Caddilac Escalade ESV....

Would you guys rather opt for the Yukon Denali XL instead at a cheaper price or would you go for the gusto at about 15k more on the sticker? Considering your paying for an auto at +55K, would it matter paying a little more per month for the king of SUV's???

I would opt for a Range Rover but I can't justify buying an $80,000.00 vehicle.

Thoughts??

Buy the Yukon. I have one and love it ( Well the wife has one)

Have friends with Escalades really no difference when you deck out the Yukon.

Escalades are stolen more more often and insurance reflects it.

I own a ESV and I can tell you that you are basically paying for the Cadillac name and not much else. I assume that you are buying it for the same reason I bought mine, for status, and if that is the case do it. If you are asking if the ESV is a better vehicle than the Danali, then no, save your money.

BTW- I had mine stolen and it was in the shop for 3 months. If you do buy it, go and buy a after market alarm right away. On Star is a joke.

1st came the Danali

The Danali came out 1st and then Caddy bought all of them up and change the name. I had one of the 1st Danali's and it was one of the best rides I ever owned. You are basically getting same thing just different logo and a few more features that you can still add.
