First Fidelity has been my No. 1 out since Nov. of 2000. Junk mail complaint is indeed warranted. They have been accused of cold-calling by a lot of posters out here, but I have never once had such a problem. Perhaps because I'm always active.
Not a single complaint. Never a problem with customer service, payouts, ect. More than anything, I stick with them for the dime baseball lines. They aren't the quickest to post lines, but in terms of reliability, I honestly believe they are one of the best shops out there.

I played there, but got out about a year ago as I was concerned that the tout side of their business, which was located in FL, might lead to them having trouble with the DOJ. Since then I have heard that they have distanced themselves from the Tout service that they own and they have had no problems.
They do have great baseball lines but they have 2 things I don't like:
1) 30 day rule -
2) 1 free NT withdrawal, then 4% after that, way too much of a fee
If you're cool with that, then they are very good. IMO there are better deals out there.
I just got an email from Pari-Action for a 20% re-up with 8x rollover and no 30 day rule...

IF YOU LIKE BEING PAYED LIKE CLOCKWORK, FUND FIRST FIDELITY! They are a great shop to have. No overnite lines, but a TRUE DIMELINE SHOP for bases! Pay fast as anybody in the business! Had a little problem with their horse department and was credit a 100$ Bonus Play from Freddie Harris! Recieve 100$ Bonus Play for Christmas and Birthday. NEVER in 10 years have I EVER had any complaints bout this shop. VERY DEEP POCKETS!
