The one time I called them the lady spoke perfect english
Of the few sites I use BJ's software runs the fastest on my comp. (example- pinny seems to bog down a lot, is this due to their huge traffic?)
The only negative so far is the -110, but the nice bonuses makes up for a lot of that.
