ESPN News reporting that Eric Rudolph has entered a guilty plea on charges of killing a woman with a bomb at the Atlanta Olympics in 1996 and setting two bombs that went off in metro Atlanta in 1997. Rudolph is also charged with setting off a remote-controlled bomb in 1998 that killed an off-duty police officer and critically injured a nurse outside a Birmingham abortion clinic. He will recieve 4 life sentences for the crime.

I somehow missed it, that they ever caught the guy...

Wasn't he the guy that was suspected to be loose in the Apalaichan mountains for years?

Yes he was at large for a couple of years.

MONTGOMERY, Ala. -- Eric Rudolph has agreed to plead guilty to the 1996 bombing at the Atlanta Olympics and three other blasts, a source close to the case told The Associated Press on Friday.

The source, speaking on condition of anonymity, said Rudolph would receive four life sentences under the deal. He had faced a possible death sentence.
