no kidding....Hawkins is as good as they come in the set up role, but something always goes wrong when he comes in to save a 1 run game. Hopefully the offense can get this win in the 9th. Wouldn't want to lose this one with Sheets pitchin for the brewers tomarrow.

I have made up my mind before the season started I will not bet a fav over -120 at all this year...and 75% will be Dogs for me....

I think Hawkins was juicing two years ago. I remember in that playoff series against the Yanks he was rushing it up there at 98 mph, but last year and today all of his pitches were between 91-93.

first of all, its kerry wood. second of all, he is fine...he just was rusty and had no control today. he walked 5 guys but was hitting 97 on the gun. the problem is that loser in the bullpen and that moron in the dugout.

Not to mention that numbnuts in the front office who looked at last year's team and said, "Wow our bullpen sucked - we blew 24 saves, those guys must have all had off years. We'll just go with the exact same guys again, they'll rebound."
