Record : 3-3 on the year for 0.0 units..
Cincinatti +107 (Wilson vs Backe) Cinncy's top guy on the mound and not having to face Clemens, I will take the + odds.
Pittsburgh +132 (O Perez vs W.Wilson) Perez a much better pitcher then Woody who was shelled his first start out, I'll side with the better pitcher, and hope the Pirates have a little momentum after picking up their first win
Cleveland +106 (Westbrook vs Ledezma) Westbrook was fantastic in his first start, as well as spring training, hopefully he keeps it going against the Tigers cause I think the Indians will get some runs of Ledezma
Toronto (-112) (Halliday vs Wells) Normally I would not take Toronto to beat Boston, and for that matter normally you would never find them to be a favorite here but I really like this pitching matchup for the Jays. Halliday is a better pitcher than the current David Wells and Jays have looked good overall as a team this year, they made a nice comeback tonight against Foulke in the 9th but couldn't bring in the tieing run from 3rd base,, I think Jays get their revenge here tomorrow.
Oakland -1 (-110) (Zito vs Nomo) Can it be true, Nomo is back???,, well I'll believe it when I see it,,, for now I'll settle with Zito and the A's with this small number.
Seattle (-129) (Moyer vs Astacio) Astacio only pitched 3 innings in spring training, not much of a warmup to face the big guys here. Moyer had a great spring and it continued through his first start with a real solid win over the Twins. Much like the Nomo game above, I'll take my chances going against Astacio here.
St.Louis -1 (-107) (Suppan vs Floyd)
Nice way for a rookie to start off his season, by going up against one of the most potent lineups in baseball. I'll side with the Cards here
