another 2-1 day yesterday, let's see how it goes today

Cleveland +109...Gonna hop on the Jake Westbrook train today vs. the Tigers and Ledezma. Anytime I can get the better pitcher as a doggie, with about even lineups, I'll take it. Westbrook is gonna show that lasst year was no fluke, and he'll be even better in 2005. He can go deep into games, which limits the Indians horrid bullpen. Tigers pen still has question marks as well, and I don't see Ledezma going 7 solid innings here.

Milwaukee +129...Another doggie today, Ben Sheets and the resurgent Brewers to be exact. Zambrano had a rough outing last time, and if Mill can get into the Cubs already overworked bullpen, they can do some damage. The Brewers have started as hot as the Cubbies have cold, and I'll ride that trend also, until it turns around. The Brewers are one of my surprise teams this season, and will have some great value in certain situations. Hope this is one of them.

Arizona -121....No way Vasquez was as bad as he showed on opening day. Word has it, he was tipping his pitches. He said he felt good out there, was throwing 94 mph consistantly. Look for a much better effort tonight. Erickson, it seems, has been around forever. He's been injured a lot lately, and has bounced around when healthy. Some of the more veteran D Back hitters have good ave.'s against him, IF THEY EVEN REMEMBER HIM. D Backs had last nights game won, but gave it away in the 9th. The Ariz hitters seems to like hitting at home early, should get some pitches to crank tonight.
