pinnacle/western union question

i want to send money via western union to pinnacle to fund my account. but pinny has given me 3 different names and all 3 are in the phillipines and pinnys in the UK.western union didnt want to send the money saying it sounds like fraud. so has anyone done this and why dont they want my pinny account # since thats what the money is for? i have messages for pinny but ive not gotten a call yet. any thoughts on this?~RG

they always give names in far off countries.
i have never had any real trouble sending it
sometimes they ask if you know the person, and you of course say yes

doesn't sound like anything unusual

do you record your pinny account number anywhere? how does the money get to your account?

U give pinny the controll number and it will be there no worries.

Roxy, They will use the WU control # to associate your funds sent with your account# or user name.

thanks guys. the western union rep wanted no part of this.lol. i used the TO SEND MONEY form.is there a different one i should be using?

Nope thats the correct form. The rep should have no problem with this. Try a Money Tree ive been sending money western unioun with money tree for about six years no questions asked.

Also, Pinny gives you a tracking # as well to reference when giving them your control #.

i just heard back from pinnacle. this is funny. they are really touchy about thier rep.lol. they advised me that if i had concerns about thier legitamacy i should go to the rx and become a member and research pinncle. lmfaooooo..if they only knew. i guess they do now huh?

tell that 6 dollar an hour store clerk to STFU and do her job. it is not her job to worry about who you are sending it to or where. I suggest calling western union and telling them the hassle you are getting.. they will definitely want to talk to the clerk

i did just that noreaga :103631605

. i went to another WU just down the street and they made the transaction no questions asked and told me the money is at its destination before i even left the place. i called western union and complained about this person from earlier with the store address and that she was the only person working at the time since i had no name. i just love the rx. help and advice comes swiftly anytime its asked and i really appreciate that. to the guys who replied to this a million thank yous. thanks for being here.~RG

Roxy...do you use Neteller its the only way to go....they have a debit card and everything and instant deposits from your checking account even...

I agree with Dante, Roxy. If you haven't tried it, you ought to consider it at least. Can't imagine going through those hassles you just did.

neteller is total chaos for me right now. my neteller acct is on hold pending an investigation concerning someones elses account closely tied to mine. they wont tell me anything more than that but did say its not my account thier concerned about. that being the case why am i being held up? im thinking i know what the issue is but they wont answer any qusetions and if they were up front with me i think i may be able to shed some light on the matter.my guess is i let my gf sign up from my computer and used my email addy to get her confirmed. just to get an account and nothing more.thats when the red flags were raised and all this began.because you cant have 2 accounts from 1 email address but all they need to do is confirm her own email addy and bank account.but they are worse than barney fife investigating a jaywalker.i dont need neteller or barney fife giving me such grief.western union took 3 minutes and its right down the street. i agree dante neteller is the way to go but not right now.crazy huh?

sorry to hear Roxy....hand in there but im sure neteller will straighten it all out for you ....did you email Colin@neteller.com not sure of his exact email .... but he is in security and has helped a few when this has happened get it all straightened out
