This team is not playing w/an ounce of urgency or desire to get their first win of the year, and the first career win for their new skipper. There is no heart or fire. Randolph doesn't have the motivational tools to get this team going. Nor does he have the savy to be a big league manager. There was so much pressure to hire an African American manager and having one in NY made for great media. Race aside, he should cutting his teeth in Double A or somewhere. He looks confused and I think the players reflect that in their play.It is going to be a very long year.
