Agreed, I think Tracy is a very underrated Mgr. Since he's been there the Dodgers have over achieved relative to their marginal talent. If McDork were to ever let him go he would be a hot commodity and wouldn't be out of a job for long. The players play hard for him and he makes good decisions, all you can ask for in a Mgr.
