If you pick a game and it is rained out ( or pitching change) should you count it as a push or just ignore the game for record purposes ?

I'm leaning to calling it a push.

why would it be a push and not "no action"?

It doesn't change anything. My way your record equals number of bets. I'll do it J-man's way and omit it entirely, probably make note of it.

A rainout or pitching change is a non play and should not count for record keeping. Why - because the game in question if rained out never took place like an actual push with a baseball total. A pitching change for selections where a capper designates listed pitchers (totals and run line bets also) changes the handicapping process completely and is in effect a different game, most likely with a different line from the original pick. Tracker thread cappers should just ignore any rainouts or pitching changes for record keeping. The only exception is when "action" is specified for a ML play.

Maybe there should be a rule against action bets. It's hard to determine the new line and grading with old line is unfair.

I guess I don't need to list pitchers then, if listed is assumed unless I specify action ?

Doug to make it easy just write your play with the line and use either LP (listed pitchers) or A (action) for ML selections. This will take any guess work when grading picks.

Thanks, wil.
