Oakland made a very sound decision on Mulder he looks pitiful and after last season Oakland made a very good choice to not bring him back....

Mulder is done and the Cardinals have forgotten how to hit...

Who thinks the Cards win the division this year with this pitching staff???

The only reason they won last year was hitting and if this team does not hit they will not win...

I agree with every word you said. They should have gotten rid of Zito and kept Hudson. Thats the only mistake Oakland made.

choptalk, you are exactly correct. Only trouble is, nobody wants Zito. The A's need to face facts, and find another set of triplets and start over. This season is a bust and they are lucky to go 50-50.
