I noticed today that way down on the Pinny list they had C. Martini at +904
earlier today. I shopped around and found this same guy at 50-1 at another shop so I played that 50-1 sort of sight unseen thinking overlay

what is the story on this C MArtini? I think at Pinny he was over 60-1 on the first list but I cant find my print off.

The greek does not have him at all as a single he would be Field.

does he have a shot? is there some Buzz on him?

I've done some research and while his name is not mentioned as much as others it appears he has a shot. Conservatives would like to rally around him and oppose the support for Radzinger but he has mentioned he isn't interested. He is also not in great health which can't help.

50-1 is worth a small shot.

BTW - what book offers that 50-1?

thks.

its 20-1 now but the good folks at V-wager, very under rated book imo had that as the price yesterday. I took a shot at it.

in yesterday's racing post in the uk they said paddy power in the uk had taken a large bet from a woman in italy on martini at 50/1. then she asked where they had shops in england, so they thought she was going to try and get more on in their shops. they're now 9/2.

there's not much liquidity on betfair but you can get 12/1.

One more play here:

FIELD at ABC Islands 65 to 1

27 listed. Never know when someone could come out left field. Plus, C. Maradiaga and Y. Alamino are not listed, both are at tradesports....Maradiaba last trade at 7. Seems like an overlay.

A huge amount of money has been wagered on Ratzinger ( now +194 ). My man is Arinze.

My mistake - they begin Monday April 18th. 115 Cardinals convene inside the Sistine Chapel to elect a new Pope.

i was a little wrong in what i said:
the italian woman had £1000 on martini at 25/1, so paddy power cut him to 7/1.
a little weird when she could have gotten 50/1 elsewhere.
