Love this shop, good bonuses, dime line...... awesome customer service.....

I do have to report disappointment however....

just tried to place a measly 600$ on the over 195 in tonites NBA game,

normally when I bet 100$ bet is confirmed immediatly....

when more than a nickel usually I hold....

10 seconds....

20 seconds....

30 seconds...

40 seconds....

"We are sorry sir, the line has moved to 195.5.........."

IMO you are too generous in your choice of words. They are very Mickey Mouse in their handling of large internet bets.

For those who don't know, they decide if they're going to accept bets on a case-by-case basis. And it's very slow. I would never risk placing a last minute bet there.

I've phoned to ask for a list of limits and was told one doesn't exist. They like to mull your bets over as you submit them and make a decision at that time.

And I can't stress enough how slow they are in this regard. When you're in the middle of it, you just can't believe what's happening. You don't know if there's an error. Should you hit submit again? Is my computer frozen up?

Also, I am less enthusiastic about their customer service in general. Unless something has changed, they operate strictly on UK time so if you have any problem after about noon Toronto time, there is only skeleton staff and minimal help.

There is some value to the book as a whole but they have some issues to work out if they want to world class.

At least they openly admit this:

they really are an A+ shop however for a 100$ player who wants good lines, good bonuses & want to get paid.

Our strategy is to attract customers who gamble for leisure and recreation. People who enjoy a flutter. Unlike high-rolling professionals, our customers bet for entertainment and the excitement of beating the odds. They do not bet to provide an income.
Our systems deliberately limit both individual bet sizes and the total amount bet on any particular sporting event. Our average bet size is £50. We are a mass-market operator. Our vision is that any customer, anywhere in the world, should be able to bet via our websites or call-centres without any barrier.

I hear ya on the customer service, they do not grade LATE GAMES till the next morning....

I do enjoy speaking to UK customer service agents however, it is such a change in professionalism....

Good thread.

Groucho hit the nail on the head. One thing I have learned from experience is that you can get down larger bets the earlier it is in the day......the closer it gets to game time, the smaller their limits become....

When I mean earlier in the day, I mean noon-ish for a 7pm start....

All UK books seem to have superior CS to those based in the carribean, with the exception of Willhill.
