I knew this was coming, but you are left an out. Word it differently. I like to see it, but I take leads and bet early in bases anyway. It puts Rx in a tough spot, so I understand their view-point, it's a grey area.
Formula may well win 40+ units, Tommorow's Newspaper, Sherwood, Buc's and others here may well also win as much, or more.
Formula is likely to regress to the mean , anyway !
I'd be pissed to if I were them, some guy posts their info which is sold, and apparently wins.
Rx made the only decision they could have.
