I own it, and am a huge Altman fan, Segal and Gould in top form, with Slim making an appearance at the end.
Ranks with Cincy Kid, The Hustler, Color Of Money, Rounders,etc..as one of the best gambling flicks ever.
For a sleeper try "Dinner Rush"..but avoid "Shade" at all cost.
