How can a top notch book like Catalina go for something like that. I can remember a few years back I met a guy in Costa Rica and he said he had like 300 customers and he had alot of heat on him in the states, and he asked me did I know an office that he could put them in, I told him I will see what I can do. I set up a meeting the next night for him to meet someone, his customers were supposenly in LA, when we checked him out no one knew him, and that was the end of the story.

Name dropping from people who claim to have packages has gotten several sports books into trouble when they didn't take the time to check the guy out...
With so many "stand-up" guys who sports books KNOW will pay out 100% of the time when they lose, why take the chance?
