How many player's actually wager 20 dimes a game?

I have come close on occasion, but never gotten to the actual 20 dime limit. Bet some ML's and won with huge lays..

IMO, very few who are betting on their own. Gamblers who get hooked up with a tout service are more likely to wager bigger numbers. Biggest bet I know of personally was by none other than #97.

I have had some big plays at pinny but have never done 20k in one shot (though I probably have with 2 or more plays combined on a particular spread.

time for my annual tirade about "WHO CAN BET 20K A POSITION"

and afford it....

movers and syndicates only or people who have a million or more in CASH ONLY

all the rest of you ceo's and owners of a business that have a few hundred g's in the safe stacked up need not apply....

Professional Athletes are the biggest culprits I think.

I do with my local

but only on my best plays of the year.and only playing on money I have won on that sport that season.maybe as many as 5 to 7 plays in 10 months

drop it to 10 dimes, and I would say around 40 to 50 plays a year

the other 300+ plays under 5 dimes(most at 2 my unit size)

it has taken me 14 years to build up to this unit size,and would not be betting it if it had any effect on my life

I would say in Football you couldnt COUNT how many people bet 200 UNITS, and not just the Syndicate and movers either. unlimited in the Football.

Rainbow- Other than super bowl what is the biggest bet you have ever seen placed? Not rumors or stories, but you actually have seen? I have seen many figure plays, but the biggest was for around 500k straight and another 150k in reverses wheeled.

I have seen alot of huge bets, but I prefer not to say.

i know of a person who used to bet 20k a game at a book....

RAINBOW knows this book very well....

and the guy owes over a 100k (so far he is in the stiff catagory)

my point is.... far too many people THINK they can bet 20k a game when they really cant.....

I witnessed, that me and you couldnt count how many people bet 200 units a game in FB and they PAID.
