That's why the Marlins got rid of him, because he doesn't have the stuff or makeup of a closer. Of course, Mota might not turn out any better.

As a Marlin fan I was torn today, you see I have the Mets in this contest I'm in.

I used to live in LONG ISLAND. Although I wouldn't want to continue staying there, it's a nice place to visit...

The mets are a decent team. But not great. They haven't exactly played remarkable ball in their wins, their opponents have played poor baseball as well. Pedro look awesome this year and Heilman pitched a hell of a game yesterday, although I doubt that trend will continue for him.

most of the people bashing the Mets this time last week were the pessimistic Met fans. They still are a sub .500, imo.

Queens is a cesspool. The problem with Strong Island is that the Jet Stream blows the stench from Queers half way across the island.

Loopy Looper still sux.......just like Mota and Kolb......closers are costing some folks lots of dollar bills so far. There needs to be some prop ov/un bets for after the 7th inning, that would be cool.
