Which major league baseball has had the best homerun hitting managers?

Add up all the managers in each teams history and which team has has the best combined total (while they played MLB)

The question is kind of funky, but I think I explained it:103631605

:103631605 Okay you are onto it...pretty cool that Washington has Frank Robby 586

and Ted Williams 521, thats 1100 homeruns, I think that gets the Washington team top honors:howdy:

I'm glad FRob stuck around, he is a good guy and deserves to get some attention now. Must have been tough travelling all over with the Expos and having no real home and losing most of your best players each year.

F Robby was player manager all the way back in 1975 with Cleveland , opening day puts himself in the lineup and homered!

He may be the least recognized or thought of of all the legendary players.

586 homers, won MVP in both leagues....Baltimore stole F Robby from the Reds

It just occured to me, way back in 1979 at the World Series when i got Frank's autograph he was just 4 years removed from being a player, it seemed he was ancient back then ,lol.
