finally swept the board yesterday (3-0), let's see if Monday will be as kind

Cubbies -129..Jumped on Wood before the lie goes up, this willl be his 3rd start and I expect he is starting to round into shape now. This is his best pitching situation the last 2 yrs (night and away). He goes against Belisle, who is making a "spot" start for Ramon Ortiz. Belisle's era in AAA lasy tr was over 5. The Cubs have some good, veteran hitters who may figure him out pretty quick. Cincy was one of the teams that jumped on the Cubbies late last season, costing them the wildcard. Cubbies should be plenty motivated, as this is turning into an ugly rivalry.

Baltimore -1 1/2 (+145)....Gonna ride the O's off their weekend sweep of the Yanks. Especially with former Oriole Jason Johnson returning to Balt off a horrendous start @ Minnesota. Bedard goes for the O's, and he's been very good so far. Tigers haven't hit lefties yet this season, either. Gonna ride the hot hand, MAN, THESE ORIOLES CAN HIT!!!

Philly -125...Battle of lefties tonight (Wolf and Ishii), gonna ride the Phillies momentum off 2 straight wins vs. Atl. They'll like this lefty better than last night's (Hampton). Looking for the Mets to come back to earth after their 6 game win streak. Mets bats still poor, imo. Phils get Wolf some runs, he should be set.
