yahoo said it was an inside the park homer..

i just turned the game on , i have the mlb package .

varitek hits a line drive foul ball toward the left field line. the ball tips off the ball girls glove and drills this guy in the front row right in the forehead..

he spilled about 1/3 of his beer.. decent save.

ball bounced out into left field. they gave him the ball..
