willie randolph
lee mazzili
ozzie guillen

the last 3 have a chance to improve....the top 4 have no hope.

Surprised no one has mentioned Clint Hurdle...not that he has anything to work with, but this team will challenege KC for the worst record in baseball.

And I really don't see Tampa Bay getting my better with Lou there, though he did great in Cincy and Seattle

dusty. the guy wears sweatbands on his arms...he is a manager (well, supposed to be).

this guy never changes the pitcher at the right time, never makes the right decision on whether to walk the guy or pitch to him with first base open. he is a joke.

Tony Pena.. dude is clueless

What has he done to make you feel this way? I don't think he is a good manager but I think he has plenty of class. I watch them every chance I get so my opinion won't change but just curious what triggered this opinion.

Definately clear cut winner in my book. Alan Trammell. Hasn't got a clue as to what he is doing.

he may have class... brains? no. he leaves pitchers out to dry..

luckily for me that came in effect again today... Bautista was left in way too long..

Dusty Baker

No doubt. Watching the Cubs-Reds game yesterday, after the reliever walked the bases loaded and got a lucky double play, Rick Sutcliffe said "I'm really surprised that Dusty Baker is going to leave Leicester in the game right now". Jason Larue hits a two run double on a fat hanging curveball, Cubs lose. That's pretty much indicative of what you get from Baker on a daily basis. I really don't understand how his teams have ever won.

How you can possibly have a list of this nature and not have Bobby Cox near the top is beyond me.

The guy is one of the worst................no he is the worst there is. :bowl:

Dusty Baker is one of the WORST in-game manager I have ever seen.

Dusty Baker is one of the BEST clubhouse managers that I have ever seen.

You have to evaluate the total package, no?

Dusty Baker is far from being one of the worst managers in the game.

Imagine the "happiness" in the clubhouse when he finally ruins Wood and Prior. Maddux will retire soon, and you'll be left with Zambrano, Rusch, and Dempster as the Big 3.

as a life-long braves fan (since 1966), i would have to say bobby cox is one of the best regular season managers ever. but in the post-season, when game by game and situation by situation decisions arise, cox is among the worst.
