Since so many had the higher resolution, I thought I would try it. Wow. Kind of strains the eyes. I'll try it for a bit longer. However, I am used to 800 X 600 and find that easy on the eyes. tulsa

I like 800X 600. My eyesight isn't going to improve in the second half of my life ! I could deal with a one setting lower, but choose this one.

I'm going to try 1024 X 768 for awhile, it's not too bad and the screen is close to my face. I have big monitor ( 21"). Trial run. Wife won't like this !

This is small as I'd ever go. Something between the 2 would be fine.

Why doesn't the technology exist to customize this ? 900X 684 ( or whatever) would be nice. Big difference between settings exists.
