btw the "big one" that we are expecting is in the Guanacaste Peninsula, I worked at a cement factory that was ugprading their facilities, the main tower (about 3500 ft tall structure) was designed to put up with a 7.5

It did present an interesting POSSIBILITY. I think it ( the article) only served to get people to think about diversifying their bankroll out of CR and likely into Pinnacle and other places not in CR. Most people spread it around anyway.
I think world war 3 is as likely as this natural disaster. I believe both will occur given enough time, actually WW 3 first is more likely first, IMO.
