$550-$500 over 8.5 atl-washington
well guys this is just flat out a easy winner imo as ramirez and day are going and both stink and both of these teams have good lineups I see no reason this game would not go over the total and should be over by the 6th. if I did not hate totals this would be a much bigger play

$1000-$1050 cubs
zambrano in another spotlight espn game this guy always shines in big games and the cubs will score just enough against suppan to pull this low scoring game out as zambrano will go atleast 8 innings and the cubs will win 3-2 or 4-2 something of that nature

$700-$840 milwaukee
yes again I go with the brewers here with sheets on the mound in a type of game where you think the team thats scores first will be a lock. ben just signed the contract extension and he will pitch a hell of a game going atleast 8 innings and hopefully the bullpen wont blow it in the 9th

$2500-$2000 detroit
Ledezma will flat out shutdown the whitesox tonight and I mean shut down I say ledezma will pitch 7 innings giving up 1 run on 5 hits and hopefully the bullpen will hold it down in a very low scoring game I look for a 4-1 or 4-1 tiger win

$600-$500 under 9.5 whitesox-detroit
No way jose garland and ledezma in a pitching dominant game there will be very little offense in this one and should have no problem staying under the total

$550-$500 under 10 yanks-toronto
pavano-and a very underrated ted lilly who I really like I dont see toronto scoring more than 3 tonight and dont think the yankees will get 8 so this one should stay under in a 5-3 yankee win

On Tigers big as well...I can't see Garland winning first 3 starts. However, Ledezema pitches horribly to left hand hitters - whitesox have 4 left hand hitters (including Everett who is Switch hitter). Hopefully, Garland just throws some beachballs down the middle....

Ledezma is a raw talent that will only get better as time passes. He's young, he throws hard, and he has good life on his fastball. His problem with lefties is he is still developing a breaking pitch to throw to lefty hitters. He's a fastball/changeup pitcher, which gets righties out very well, but you stay away from throwing changeups to lefties. He has been working on a curve, but he's not getting 12-6 on it, so he's starting to throw sliders to lefties. It hasn't been effective thus far.
I like Ledezma tonight though just because of how poorly the White Sox hit lefties. They absolutely crush righties, but they struggle vs. lefty pitching. I think the White Sox get around 3-4 runs off Ledezma tonight and it will come down to how well Detroit can hit Garland. Detroit is in the same boat as Chicago in that they crush righties, but struggle vs. lefties. Garland is a righty, and Detroit is at home.
Because the Sox pen is better than Detroit's...this game will probably come down to how deep into the game Ledezma can go. He's averaged 6IP in his 2 starts and if he can go 6 or 7IP, Detroit can win.

To make a long story short...

I like the Detroit Tigers too, Alan. Let's go Wilfredo!
