I was just discussing with some guys about a game where the Cardinals Came back huge in the bottom of the ninth. I was trying to remember the details of who hit the huge homerun in the bottom of the 9th? Thanks in advance. . its just one of those memories that drives you crazy until you get the details again.

What I remember - In STL, Sunday night Baseball I believe, huge HR in the bottom of the 9th

I remember the game. Cubs up big, about 5 runs maybe going into the 9th. Cards rally, Cubbies bring in ole 6 shooter Alfonseca and he gives up a 3 run jack to Renteria to give the Cards the win. This is '01 or '02 if my memory serves me correctly. Why you bringing up these damn painful memories?

I was just thinking about it when the Cards were coming up in the 9th. I had a horrible day that day and I remember chasing with the rest of my account on Cards! It was renteria though? I was thinking that it was someone else

It was like 6 runs in the 9th, including the 3 run walk off by Renteria. And Alfonseca just stood on the mound and stared at the wall in disbelief. God did he suck.
