He is actually UNDERRATED!

Absolutely incredible pitcher with ASTONISHING LIFETIME STATISTICS!

Granted, he does not have the LONGEVITY yet to be considered the best of all-time........but there is no disputing his performance thus far in his career.

SCARY STATISTICS!!

ALL THIS IN A STEROID ERA, WITH A DH, LOWER MOUND, ETC.,ETC

good pitcher....no respect for a guy who would knock a old man down

........a man that was attacking him.

A stiff uppercut to ZIMS head would NOT even be inappropriate in that situation.

ps- Please note, I personally like ZIMMER 10x more than Pedro

I think a arm lock would be more appropirate then a stiff uppercut...he's a oldman .regardless ..we agree to disagree..

ps..not a yankee fan

Agree though, seriously doubt he will regain his AWESOME form of 4-8 years ago for an entire 2005 campaign.

Good start though!

100% right on

The days of 110 pitch outing 98mph fastball heads towards the hitters feet and then whips up sqaure in the strike zone type madness is long gone.

Old pitchers find ways to be creative and do well. El Duque had a stretch like this last year, and that was in the AL. .

Let's see how long 'dro can keep it up. Thanks for the cost cutter with Wells, Mr. primadonna.

Youre damn right Fish

I was wrong in my inital assesment of the staff, but a lot of that was clouded with bitter emotional attachment to the 04 team.

Now that we're slowly settling in with the new season:

Couldnt be happier with these guys, even if neo con Curt does'nt break out

Well done Theo. Let me pour a beer on your head, you wank j/k :toast:

The question is what do you do with him. Who do you send to the pen?

wil.

You have to throw him in long relief until one of the spots open up and he shows that he is capable.

Pedro is what Doc Gooden "could have" been.

Martinez is as nasty as anyone on your "A" team.
