Does it take 2-3 business days to process for deposits and withdrawals like your website says or 4-5 days or 7-9 days??? I'm getting confused when inquring because I get a different answer each time I speak with WSEX.

And while I'm at it, is it a new WSEX policy to keep the funds in a player's account two business days after requesting a payout saying that it is pending without giving any explanation. You wouldn't want a player to gamble that money while the payment is pending would you???

I've had the same concerns and have asked the same questions for quite some time now. Never was able to get any definite explanations, and never any reasons why the statements were on the site if they weren't true, so I simply passed. I know WSEX has a wonderful rep, but so do many other books - all of which have extremely clear descriptions of their deposit / withdraw methods.

Sounds to me like they process Neteller payouts faster. I hope you'll get an answer here from them. Must be some reason that isn't perfectly clear.

Well I tried it and it's frustrating. I never had any concerns with WSEX until recently, you email them, they don't respond, you try chat, you either get forwarded to their messenging service which they don't respond to, you call them and they contradict what's on their website as far as payout policies and etc.. Word to the wise, if you do use the E-check system, don't believe what's on the website because it's bogus. Even outside of this situation, I feel like WSEX has gone downhill recently. I'm seriously thinking about giving offshore gambling up for good. It's almost not worth the aggravation to jump through hoops just to get paid your money that is owed and even ask for a little customer service.

Just have a check fedexed to you. I have requested 3 checks in the last 2 weeks from wsex and haven't had any problems.

I hear ya. If I ever have a problem with WSEX; I'll be finished with all offshores.

Lucky for me that I didn't try the E-check option. As for their posting being bogus; when it comes to this electronic flow (or whatever the terminology), I would guess they were told something wrong. I can't imagine them delibertly posting bad info.

Done that before and never had a problem. Just lately I'm starting to notice some other changes outside of my current payout and one that hasn't been processed yet. Just want to get my payouts and be through with WSEX and offshore gambling period, I'm tired of trying to make sense of what these books do.

IF you deposited via Neteller or an E-Check---can you still request a check be fed-exed to you? (I was under the idea that you had to get paid back the same way you deposited up to a certain amount...... Guess that was wrong too.

You can't withdraw using any method until they said you E-check cleared and it is not 2-3 business days (which is understandable if this were true) like they claim and the site says. It's whenever they say it cleared on their end even if you have proof it's cleared. Different situation, now I'm dealing with the pending payout issue going on the 3rd business day where they leave the money in my account hoping I gamble it away, I already told them I'm not going to gamble it so all we are wasting now is time. Still haven't been given a reason why, my payout is still "pending"???

WSEX is lightning fast. Neteller WD as fast as 2 minutes. Fed-Ex WD in your hand in 3-4 business like clockwork. Book to book transfers done as fast as 20 minutes. They answer my e-mails quick too. I am beginning to believe these complaints are bogus. Whats happening is that people are depositing $ and wanting a WD before the $ clears. I don't blame them for ignoring your e-mails. Until your $ clears, you're not getting a WD.

My experience has been: Very Timely payouts through Neteller and like the poster above about 1 in 3 emails answered. (Maybe a little better than his avg).

Checks must clear and that is Antigua, but I don't get why E-checks take so long--but I think they do!

Come on Chuck, you honestly think I would call these guys out on BS for no reason??? Money has been cleared long ago and I did not do anything bad or against the rules to warrant a pending payout since Wednesday. Even some of the best books make mistakes. This is more of a customer service issue than it is a payout issue, I'm confident I will get my money eventually but what bugs me is what has happened in between.

I always laugh when I see these absurd policies.

These books think they got it all covered but are really not protecting themselves. You have 60 days to file a chargeback for an EFT/E-CHECK with your bank, and it's not like some offshore sportsbook is going to take you to court. So in essence, the 9 day hold means nothing. Wait till someone deposits like 20 grand via eft... Wait's the ten days cashes it all out and then files a chargeback... :lolBIG:

It's like they trust you or they don't. If someone wants to ripoff another buisness they can find a way.

If I were a book I would not take checks alltogether.

This is all new to me. Chargeback an EFT 60 days later does'nt seem right. How can that be?

If a consumer can do a charge back up to 60 days later--I would think that would CRIPPLE E-checks as I understand.

But suppose a company DID IN FACT do unauthorized E-checks, then it's a good protection.

Dammed if you do and dammed if you don't!

Call your bank and ask.

You have up to 60 days by law to report an item (debit card, or check, including EFT'S) as fraudulent, in which you get immediate credit until their investigation is over.

Not likely the book would cooperate with the bank.

Sorry for bumping such an old thread.
