Cant wait till tommorow. I only played 1 game the last 2 days, could not find much worth risking $$$ and units. But Saturday is different. Great card folks. Please play the games in the unit size mentioned in this thread. If you do, you stand a real good chance of having a great day.

What happens tonight has no effect on the way a cap a game. The only thing im crossing my fingers on is key injurys. Thats the chance I will take. All these lines will probably move against me.

Serious question - if the Dodgers go 24 extra innings and tax their whole pen, that has no effect on you picking the Dodgers tomorrow?

If the Dodgers pen goes 24 innings, so does the Rockies bullpen:lolBIG: That makes that comparision a wash. This is one reason why I play less on Thursdays than any other day. Every game I have listed Team A is Playing Team B tonight anyway. So to answer your ?, I would not mind the Dodgers going 24 innings tonight.As long as there are no key injuries.

Anyone who hits opening # will tell you that there are risk involved. But I also dont want to take them at -140 when I can get them now at -131. I have been placing the majority of all my plays on the opening #. For me, its the best #. My system is all about value. I will take a few unknowns in exchange for value. The only unknown I will not exept are action wagers. All my plays must be listed pitcher.

I see now that the Rockies are winning 4-0. If this holds up, the line is going to climb even more. Im locked in to the best # that this game is ever going to see.

Yeah I understand that THAT comparison is a wash. What I was trying to ask was, when the series change, lets say the Dodgers started a new series tomorrow....do you still stand by your statement of tonights games have no bearing on your bet? Or do you play the opening lines and stay locked into a game only when a team plays the same team again the next day?

No I dont stand by that statement. Thats why I said in the previous post that Thusday is a day a tread lightly. I stay away from the opening #, because 9 times out of 10, team a is not playing team b. These are the days, I hold off the opening # and play light. If the Dodgers were not playing the Rockies tonight, you better believe I would not have posted the pick here on this forum before the end of the game. By the way, The Dodgers are now -140, and will be higher by gametime. Now do you see why I played it so early? Good luck, Im as bad as it gets in the NBA.
