Having worked in the service industry for years, how a business deals with its customers is priority #1 for me. I also know that 99% of pissed off customers bîtch about you, but only 1% of happy customers tell others.

Tonight I had a huge brain fart and completely forgot my Pinny account ID. I remembered my password no problem, but the ID that I enter three times a day was completely gone. I emailed customer service at the site, with my request. I had a response within 3 minutes. No kidding! I was expecting to *maybe* have something by morning.

Very impressive for any business.

Xp you are so right in that many people are quick to ***** and slow to praise. While the e-mail only CSD at Pinny is a big gripe for many, it appears to have worked fabulous in this instance. Sharp linemakers, quick payouts and great customer service, is it any wonder Pinnacle is one of the top, if not the top sportsbook out there.
