Having worked in the service industry for years, how a business deals with its customers is priority #1 for me. I also know that 99% of pissed off customers bîtch about you, but only 1% of happy customers tell others.
Tonight I had a huge brain fart and completely forgot my Pinny account ID. I remembered my password no problem, but the ID that I enter three times a day was completely gone. I emailed customer service at the site, with my request. I had a response within 3 minutes. No kidding! I was expecting to *maybe* have something by morning.
Very impressive for any business.
