Man, it sure has been a pain in the ass to get a $4000 payout from pinnacle this week. It is not like it is my first payout either, I received $3000 last month, but here is the latest problem.

Well I requested the $4000 on Tuesday evening. Well I checked on Wednesday morning for the cash and I saw that the payout request was denied. Well it took 3 emails to find out why I couldnt get the funds. They said that i had to fax in my drivers liscense as well as a passport and the front and back of 2 credit cards that i used about 6 months ago.

Well that took me a while to do since i had to locate the cards. But on Thursday afternoon, I emailed the photos in attachment format. Then I requested the payout again. Well it was again rejected. SO ANOTHER email was sent to ask about the payout!

Well this time, they said that I needed to sign the back of my 2 credit cards to validate them. Well that sucked, but I did that and then took 2 more pictures and emailed that info to them. But to no avail, this time they tell me that I cant have the money via neteller since I used instadebit with them in the past year.

Well of course they could have said that along time ago, but they didnt. Well this was today. Well I STILL dont have the monye because instadebit somehow needs to wait until AT LEAST Monday!!!

Damn, come on pinnacle, this is 3 days for a payout and I now have to wait another 3-5 days!!!!! I might as well just take out all of the $8600 instead of just $4000. This customer service really sucks!!!

NO!! I dont have any chargebacks with pinnacle AT ALL!!!

Not sure if I didnt have a passport what to do. Maybe that was for NON-US citizens, but it asked for both.

Dante, well it is NEVER a good idea to sign the backs of credit cards. If anything, when you lose them, you give the thief that much more ammo. Not only do they have your card, but they also know your EXACT signature. It makes it a bit more unbelievable that you didnt make a fraudulent purchase when your EXACT signature is an exact match!

I wasn't suggesting you did have a chargeback...I was just saying they have to have regulations and rules to abide by.

the signature on the back of the card is used to match a drivers licence etc, when you charge something in person...thats why it needs to be signed, its a double edged sword

Maybe so, but it sure has been a hassle!!.

Hopefully, i will get the cash on Monday. I used instadebit about 4 months ago for only $300 I believe. I deposited $1500 last week via neteller. Well I turned that into $8400, so I wanted a payout on Tuesday night of the $4000. Well today, I have actually had a bad day since Houston and Boston lost, so now I only have $6600 left

Well either way, the cards are signed now! But now if I lose them and dont report it fast enough, then any TOM, DICK or Harry will have my signature.

More people than you think dont sign the back of their cards. Ask around Dante

playersonly,

You are picking the WRONG sports book to ***** about...

These guys are clearly amongst the best in the industry in all facets of their business...

There are TWO SIDES to EVERY STORY, but I won't bother hearing their side but I do suspect they have their reasons...

Very scary thread. I almost posted up with them this week, but instead chose BoDog, Hollywood and CRIS.

Good luck.

Sounds like they are stalling. Could be waiting on the next guy to post up $4K so they can pay you.

I will say this is very contradictory to everything I've read on the RX about Pinnacle. I've only seen good things about Pinnacle up to this point.

If it makes you feel any better, Pinnacle is now a recommended book at OSGA. I don't think they have always been recommended over there. Not sure if that really means anything, but I've always played with OSGA books and never had a problem getting paid. Hollywood is my only venture into "non-OSGA" waters. I only sent them money because of the good things I've read about them here. I assume they're solid.

BWE- please don't take what PO69 says too seriously, he is by far the biggest complainer in the history of this fine site...

Oh I have received payouts before from then very quickly, but this time has been different. I ahve sent photos of my ID and passport before in the past to receive payouts, but for some reason they want them all over again!

SHRINK, I am not picking 1 sportsbook to BIITTCH about at random! I almost NEVER ***** about sportsbooks here. I just was pissed about this one payout. It could have been any book and I would be pissed.
Hopefully the money will be there on Monday

Nothing could be farther from the truth.

As usual PO69 is looking for attention.

Pinnacle is at the very top of the list in every area as far as Offshore books go.

Hows that little song go.
You don't spit into the wind
You don't tug on Superman's cape and
You never say anything bad about Pinnacle.

I just deleted them from my favorites list. I post up--but lost some time ago.

Oh yeah Dante--I have several cc---none signed (But I see Pinnacle's point on THAT!---FWIW)
