Wait a minute.

No where did it say before hand that there was a 5x rollover on the prize money.

Then this is a horrible contest.

WWTS is getting $1600 up front, gives back $1500 and if you win, you have to flip it 5x in order to collect????

Could I host the next contest???

with posts up they are giving out an additional 320 minimum with the new acct. bonus also. it was a measley 100 to sign up not 500 or a thousand, I think it was quite nice.

The post up funds are available for play right? I mean the are giving away the 1500 along with the original bonus, right?

JMAN- For those of us who were not eligible or missed out, can we get WWTS to put up lines for us to bet on who will win each round? Maybe w/ low limits?

that would be interesting as long as the participant met the eligibility requirements like actually picked 10 games then sure. Otherwise I could just Bet on myself and not put my picks in.

I am shocked at the complaining, first of all the money sent in to play in the contest was yours to bet with, it clearly stated there would be a rollover.....We get sponsors and then people gripe because the prize isn't big enough...incredible.

Sherman , no one took any money in...the money was each players to wager with...please understand the facts before you gripe about free contests.

This is the secind time you have complained out of place IMO...the books don't have to give away anything, and when posters complain like this it only discourages them from giving away any money for contests...

You have won money in contests here, why complain when its a free shot at winning money?

It is a great chance. ALL rules were posted BEFORE anyone signed up.

This reminds me of the player disputes when books have written rules which we do not read and then complain when a book enforces them.

WWTS is throwing in $1500 for FREE in all reality. You can Play your $1 and make more.

We can't please em' all, but here, where rules were Clearly stated, it is very surprising to see complaints.

Thanks much to those who do appreciate the opportunity though.

Journey, I complained? Please show me where.......

The ONLY thing I said is it seemed weird that they took in more than they gave out....I was only basing it on what Fat Tony said......

I have no reason to complain, I am not even in the contest!

Sherman, I'm referring tpo your complaining about Royal in the past and your comment in this thread is off base and not even correct...my point is this, the contests are for us posters, the books don't have to give away anything....

You posted off of something you read that was false, and that is how negative momentum is started, other people come into the thread then and think it must be true.....It takes time to get this stuff organized, and then to see complaining that isn't even accurate is disturbing...sorry if you can't understand that.

You're shocked?

Your telling me it's a bad deal for the sportsbook? Who's going to take their $100 out after the deposit. No one. They're going to play it till they lose.

Tell me, as a contestant, you wouldn't rather just post up $100 a man and collect the winnings clear and free??????????????

What's a better deal?

Tony, now that I understand how it is set up I think it is a good deal for both the book and the players....

Do you feel like everytime you send money to a book you are going to lose?
