Dante, very good topic. I think I can be a prime example of ups and downs, I use to be the WORST if not the worst money MANAGERS you could imagine, I use to chase all the time, I never knew what that word meant MINIMIZE my losses, I defintely knew how to double and triple up, I learned alot about money managing over the years, but it took me alot longer than others to put that in my thick head. I learned there is a such thing as tomorrow, that never existed in the past for me, as long as you are patient, dicipline, and manage your money properly, you will be ok, if not you will go down the tube. FORCE PLAYS use to be the worst for me, I use to say if I can pick one WINNER I will be out for the week, I learned doing that the hole will get DEEPER and DEEPER. I use to press up my bets when I was LOSING, thats a Bookies dream. I use to bet real bad numbers, I thought I could win betting bad numbers, some people go their entire life and they never change, nobody could change me, I had to be the one to change my old habits, I had alot of people that tried to talk to me, but it went in one ear clean out the other, I didnt listen to nobody, I thought people that tried to tell me that my money wasnt worth 10cents on a dollar didnt have no clue what they were talking about, I know today all those people that tried to help me in the PAST were all right. If I am on a bad streak these days I will defintely REDUCE my WAGERS, something I had no clue about in the past. I always knew SMART people, but in the past I thought I was SMARTER, I know thats not true these days, I use the information I get these days consistenly. I am glad I am a member of the RX, because before I had to talk to myelf and my friends about everything, not anymore, I can read and LEARN more everyday on the Prescription.
