how come some of the basketball juice is so high..i thought it was a commission-free exchange...am i missing something?..thanx..

It's because almost everything on there (for the NBA) is offered by them....they actually offered some good stuff until a few weeks ago.

It's commission free because anyone can make an offer and if someone else accepts it, then the two have a bet against one another with the house not taking any of it.

What seems like high juice is just the default state when nobody has any offers up. If you want to bet on a side with no juice, just put in an offer and see if someone snaps it up. It's easy to do...just do it like you're placing a bet, but before you hit confirm just adjust the odds up to the level you want. Then you will have an offer automatically put in at that price. It will show on the main screen within about 5 seconds.

It's strange so few people use the exchange...must be a trust issue or just bad marketing, who knows!?

thanx for the replies fellas....that makes alot more sense now..dp, i think it's bad marketing..either that, or it's just something that's not very high on their priority list...this is why is forum is awesome, posters answering questions ( no matter how stupid) like this..

I find their exchange messy and not as user friendly as BetFair's.
This must become better before I even want to start looking at their prices.

I actually had one matched on an nba game today on the Mansion Exchange....and I bet that was the only match on the NBA there all day.

i had a 3 way Soccer price matched over night, a side I wanted and 35 cents better than I could get a Pinny. but most are not matched and there are so few offers from regular customers. way down hill last 3 months.
